Uptight and Outta sight was a recent workshop that I attended discussing all about the pelvic floor and the vital role it plays. People young, old, male, female, had a baby or not had a baby can experience issues with stress incontinence.

Pelvic floor exercises are excellent exercises to help with stress incontinence and need to be done regularly for at least three months. It is worth consulting a health professional before starting these exercises to check these are appropriate for you.
